Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of EmailToCRM.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Welcome to EmailToCRM. By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
EmailToCRM provides software that lets you forward emails to a private inbox, extract contact information using automated processing, review and organize contacts in a dashboard, and export data such as CSV files. We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use EmailToCRM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You may sign in using supported authentication methods, including email and password or third-party providers such as Google, where available.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
- Forward or process content you do not have the right to use, including personal data without a lawful basis
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
- Upload malware, spam, or content intended to abuse, harass, or harm others
- Resell, sublicense, or misuse the service except as expressly permitted
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of forwarded email content complies with your organization's policies and applicable privacy laws.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of emails, contacts, and other content you submit to EmailToCRM. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service, including automated extraction, deduplication, tagging, export, and support.
We do not use your data to train public AI models. Processing is performed to deliver the functionality you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to process submitted content on your behalf.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice where required. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel renewal at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
6. Privacy and security
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Intellectual property
EmailToCRM, including its software, branding, documentation, and website content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or service marks except as needed to use the service in the ordinary course.
8. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party providers for authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, or infrastructure. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using EmailToCRM at any time and may request account deletion through the product where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though sections that by nature should survive will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
EmailToCRM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Automated extraction may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing extracted contact data before relying on it for business, legal, or compliance purposes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmailToCRM and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify EmailToCRM against claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where EmailToCRM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or forums specified by applicable law, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
